The services provided are subject to the manufacturer's warranty on new equipment. No additional warranties or guarantees are provided by Air Pro Heat and Air beyond those offered by the manufacturer.

2. Service Appointments

Customers must schedule service appointments in advance. Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or SMS. We strive to accommodate your preferred scheduling, but availability is not guaranteed.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

At this time, Air Pro Heat and Air does not have a formal policy on cancellations or rescheduling. We appreciate timely communication if you need to change your appointment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless special pre-payment terms have been arranged. We accept payment by credit cards, checks, and online payment methods. In the event of non-payment, late fees may be assessed, and a mechanic's lien may be applied to recover costs.

5. Liability

Air Pro Heat and Air assumes no liability for damages or losses that may occur during the provision of services. Our liability is limited to the terms provided by the manufacturer's warranty on any equipment we install or service. Any additional risks are borne by the customer.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing access to the service location.
  • Ensuring equipment is properly maintained according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Adhering to local building codes and regulations.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in action being taken, including the refusal to perform services or the termination of the service agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, Air Pro Heat and Air will seek resolution through arbitration and mediation. The governing law for these Terms and Conditions is the law of Kay County, Oklahoma.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement before any work is performed. Once work has begun, the agreement is binding unless both parties agree to a termination.

9. Use of Website
